- SPRAY IT THE NIGHT BEFORE: When snow or ice is in the forecast, put a thin coat on the driveway, walk and steps within 24 hours of the freeze. It coats the concrete so ice can't get a grip, and you're pushing slush in the morning instead of chipping a sheet of ice off the driveway.
- ALREADY ICED OVER? SPRAY IT ANYWAY: Clear off what snow you can and spray it right on. Liquid goes to work the second it hits. There's no waiting on pellets to dissolve, and it keeps the surface from freezing back over down to -30°F.
- PET SAFE AND CONCRETE SAFE: Made with professional-grade magnesium chloride instead of rock salt. No pellets stuck in the dog's paws, no salt crystals tracked across the floor, and it won't hurt your concrete.
- GOES FURTHER THAN A BAG OF SALT: Each jug covers more ground than a 35 lb bag of salt. Pour it in a pump sprayer and do the driveway, sidewalk and porch steps in a few minutes. No spreader, and no hauling heavy bags out of the truck.
- MADE IN THE USA BY A FAMILY OUTFIT: Covington is a family business, and we use this stuff at our own houses. If it doesn't do the job, let us know and we'll make it right.
If you've ever busted your tail on the front steps at 6 in the morning, you know why we made this. Covington Liquid Ice Melt goes on with a pump sprayer, gets to work right away, and doesn't leave piles of pellets for somebody to track through the house. Spray it the night before a storm and the ice can't get a grip on your concrete. Already froze over? Clear what you can and spray it straight on. It's pet safe, it's safe on concrete, and it keeps things from freezing back over down to -30°F. Each jug covers more ground than a 35 lb bag of salt, so you're not running back to the store every time the weather turns. Grab the gallon for the steps and walk, or the 2.5 gallon for the whole driveway.
