Cleaning Weed Killer out of Sprayers

Sprayers Weed Killer Weeds

Our Liquid Lawn Aerator is 100% organic.  The OMRI approval guarantees that.  If you ever use any kind of weed killer in your sprayer, you should rinse it at least three times before using any kind of fertilizer or lawn feed on your turf.  Since our liquid lawn aerator is an enzyme, when the enzymes are introduced to a sprayer, billions of these enzymes go to work activating and will enter the tiny pours in your sprayer and absorb the weed killer, then when you spray the liquid, the enzymes are carrying the weed killer and introducing it into the turf along with the aerator.  We recommend never using the same sprayer for weed killer as you use for lawn and plant food.  Because our lawn aerator is 100% organic, you could pour 1 gallon direct on a 12” x 12” area of turf, and it would not burn the turf or turn it yellow.  We would be happy to send you another quart of product free of charge, if you applied it to the turf that turned yellow, it would help to bring it back to life by introducing all of the healthy attributes of our product into the damaged soil.

What is OMRI? OMRI supports organic integrity by developing clear information and guidance about materials, so that producers know which products are appropriate for organic operations. OMRI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides an independent review of products, such as fertilizers, pest controls, livestock health care products, and numerous other inputs that are intended for use in certified organic production and processing. When companies apply, OMRI reviews their products against the organic standards.  The product must pass all of their standards and be 100% organic before receiving the OMRI approval.
